*The “Student” category includes undergraduate and graduate (PhD) students. A copy of a student identification card or a letter of confirmation by the supervisor should be attached to the Registration Form.

Those wishing to participate in the Conference are kindly requested to complete and return the enclosed REGISTRATION FORM to the Secretariat before March 31, 2021, together with the relevant payment. The receipt of the registration form and remittance will be acknowledged.

In case of cancellation, 70% refund can be paid provided that the proper notification is received by the Conference Secretariat before May 10, 2021. Note: ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES MUST BE COVERED BY THE REMITTER (PARTICIPANT).NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
